Adding external artifacts to a Student's account as a Teacher or Coordinator

  1. Locate the necessary student under My Classes or Progress Monitoring
  2. Use the action menu in the student's row (circle with three horizontal dots) and select Impersonate. This will log you in as the student.
  3. Go to the student's Portfolio, and then scroll down to the Uploaded Artifacts section and click on the "+" button in that area, or the "+ Add Item" button at the top.
  4. Complete the form that appears in a modal window. All required fields are marked with an asterisk.
    1. Select the appropriate Standard and Area of Focus (this will allow the artifact to be logged correctly.)
    2. The Date field should be used for the date the artifact was completed. This will determine which grade band the artifact applies to.
    3. The Gathering Your Thoughts field should explain why this artifact is important to the student's career plan.
    4. You can upload supporting evidence for the artifact as long as the file is under 5MB.
    5. Click Save
Repeat the process as needed for any additional artifacts.
When you are done adding artifacts for that student, click "End Session" to return to your account.
