Unable to open Student/User account when logged in as a Teacher or Coordinator

All Teachers and Coordinators also have a User (Student) account that you can access by hovering over the Instructor link at the upper right hand corner of the screen and selecting User. This will cause a new tab to open with the User (Student) account. 

If you are trying to open the User (Student) account and it's not working, check to make sure you don't have a popup blocker active in your browser that is preventing this. A common indicator of a popup being blocked is a red X over a browser icon at the right end of the URL field in your browser.  (See image below for example.) You should be able to select the option to allow popups from the smartfutures.org domain.
