Video/Activity not loading properly

We've had some customers report difficulty in getting the activities or videos to load on iPads using the Safari browser.

If this is happening to you, please try turning off Request Desktop Website in Safari settings, or Request Mobile Website. This can be done by tapping the "AA" at the top of the browser window and selecting "Request Mobile Website." Subsequent visits to the domain will still default to desktop view, so you may have to do it each time you visit that activity.

There's a good guide on how to do this here: https://ios.gadgethacks.com/how-to/force-safari-use-desktop-view-by-default-for-specific-sites-ios-13-0198651/
