I need to print the Smart Futures artifacts to send to another district

The easiest way to send artifacts to a new school/district is to send them the student's Activity Journal. The Activity Journal has a record of the activities that the student completed in Smart Futures and they're related Strand and Standard. There's a few ways you can get to the Activity Journal. When logged in as a Teacher or Coordinator, go to Progress Monitoring and either select the correct class or search for the student by first name, last name, or PA Secure ID. In the results, find the student and go to the orange/yellow Options drop-down at the end of the row and select Download Activity Journal. This will open the Activity Journal for the student's current grade band in a new browser tab, and will then trigger the option to save it as a PDF. You can then print the PDF or just send it electronically to the new school/district. If you need to access the Activity Journal from a previous grade band, select View Plan from the Options drop-down, which will open the student's Plan in a new browser tab. In the Where Am I Going? Section, you can access any Activity Journals for that student. If things aren't opening in a new browser tab, check to make sure you don't have a popup blocker active in your browser. If there is one, you would usually see a notification at the far right end of the address bar of the browser, and you should be able to click on that to allow SmartFutures.org to open new browser tabs and windows.
