  1. Quick Links
    This area has links to commonly used reports. It will also show if there are flagged student activities ready for review.
  2. My Rosters
    This section includes general rosters available to you:
    • Students - shows all students connected to the school building. Also allows you to add students, create or remove tags, and remove students who are not roster-locked.
    • Instructors - shows all Instructors and Coordinators connected to the school building. Also allows you to add new Instructors/Coordinators, view the Profile of any Instructor/Coordinator, or change the role for an Instructor or Coordinator.
    • Classes - shows classes that have the logged-in Coordinator as the owner, or allows Coordinator to look at class rosters assigned to other Instructors or Coordinators in the same school building.
    • Online Users - shows which Student users have been online in the previous time period selected.
    Notes
    If your school/district is using automated rostering such as Clever or Classlink, your options to edit or remove Students or Instructors/Coordinators may be limited. Roster-locked users are indicated with a padlock icon at the right end of their row in the respective roster.

    This area is where you will manage the teachers associated with your school.

    • The Resources Center link will take you to the Smart Futures Knowledge Base, where you can find answers to common questions, and resources to help you use Smart Futures better.
    • The Get Help link will allow you to open a new ticket with our Customer Support Specialist.
  5. Profile Information
    This area shows you some information about your account and your profile.
  6. Notices & Information
    This area is where we will place announcements and training opportunities. Clicking the "x" will close the notice and it can not be returned.

      FAQ - I only see Coordinator and User roles - Where did my instructor role go? In V2, you are either Instructor or Coordinator, not both. Coordinator has all the same functions as Instructor.
