FAQ - I would like a student to redo an activity. Can that activity be reset?

We do not have a function to reset student activities. There's two options to have a student redo an activity:
  • you can put a flag on the activity with some feedback to help the student know what needs to be changed. Flagging an activity allows the student to edit that particular instance of the activity in their account.
V2: Gradebook Report overview - shows you how to add a flag to an activity
V2: Reviewing flagged activities in the Gradebook report - how to review an edited activity and mark as complete to remove the flag
  • the student can retry an activity at any time, which will create a different instance of the activity in their account. When retrying an activity, the student can use the breadcrumb links in the activity to go to different parts of the activity and then make any desired changes to their work.
