V2: How to add students to Classes

Note: You will not be able to add students to classes the are created/managed by automated rostering, such as through Clever or Classlink.

2. Click "Classes"

3. Click here.

4. If you are logged in as a Coordinator, select the Instructor you want to modify Classes for. If you want to modify your own classes, they should be listed on the right by default. It there are no classes listed there, then you do not have any classes associated with your account at the school.

5. Click on the Class name you want to modify

6. Click "Modify Roster"

7. Search for the student you want to add to the Class. You can search by name, State ID, Graduation Year, or Tags.

8. In the search results, click on the "Enrolled?" toggle for that student. If it is green, that student is enrolled in that Class.

9. Click "Save"
